We will definitely be calling SkyHawk Protective Services the next time we need a security guard. Their response time was quick, very punctual the day of event. The security guard accessed the venue, asked how we would like to see him service the area and made a few very good recommendations that we hadn’t thought of. He was very friendly and even stayed until all the guests left which was longer than we had originally asked. All around this was a very positive experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whomever you decide to hire, please make sure they’re a legitimate and compliant security company. In the state of Texas, that means the company must be properly registered, licensed, and insured to legally operate. Any company that’s in full compliance should be able to provide: • A valid business license number • A Certificate of Issuance from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) This protects not just your property, but also your liability and reputation. Don’t take chances with unlicensed or uninsured operations—it’s not worth the risk.
