Whomever you decide to hire, please make sure they’re a legitimate and compliant security company. In the state of Texas, that means the company must be properly registered, licensed, and insured to legally operate. Any company that’s in full compliance should be able to provide: • A valid business license number • A Certificate of Issuance from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) This protects not just your property, but also your liability and reputation. Don’t take chances with unlicensed or uninsured operations—it’s not worth the risk.
