- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable. Base price for Individual tax preparation starts at $200 for simple returns. Average prices for returns that include investments are $300-$400. Prices for registered business owners will need to be discussed during our initial consultation due to the varying needs of businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process involves scheduling a 30 min free initial consultation to learn more about your specific situation via phone or video call. I will then onboard you to my secure online platform for you to upload any necessary documentation. Communication will be done through email. Any additional communication via text or phone might incur additional charges. In person appointments can be scheduled, however availability is limited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Accounting. 10 plus years preparing various types of individual and corporate tax returns for different industries. Annual participation in various tax forums and seminars to stay current with new tax developments.
