David was very professional with us and responded really quick. We had him clean a pet stain on our carpet, then we asked him about cleaning our couch and love seat. The couch fabric is natural cotton seed, which is nearly impossible to clean. He was not sure about the fabric but said he would find out about it. Within an hour he called us to tell us that he had spoke with a person who was experienced with that type fabric and wanted us to send him some pictures of it. We did and he had a solution for us within another thirty minutes. We really appreciated him getting back with us, because so many people say they will get back with you but never do.
