- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike some cleaning services, I price each home based on the labor involved and not by square footage or number of rooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I will do is set up a meeting to evaluate your home. I will give you a detailed list of what my service includes (you can find this on my Facebook page) and also talk with you about your needs and expectations. After doing so, I will give you a price for my service as well as an approximate time the job will take. This process will generally take about 15-30 minutes then if you wish to use my service, we will set up a time for your house cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 7 years for a cleaning company.
