- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we offer the best pricing. We offer a wide variation of coupons and rebates. Customers should also know that some of our pricing may be higher but higher price means better quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with working with a new customer means a lot to us and for them to know they are the main priority.
