- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have set monthly fees, however we offer reduced fees if you own more than 20 units. Call for Military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really just doing a detailed inspection of the property and talking over the results. Getting to know one another and what the clients overall goal for the next few years are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 20 years in property management you can still learn new tips and tricks. Staying ontop of education and technology is very important to remain releviant. This will keep you in tune with the market and better serve your clients. I have sat on several Property Management boards, local and state side. Local board of Realtors property managers committee, Past Women’s Council of Realtor VP, and all our agents at BRG read and keep up to date with all City and state requirements and law updates with the National and Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of Property Managers (NARPM), and Texas Real Estate Commission. Frequent Fort Worth Housing Authority meetings for low income incentives as well as yearly Builders EXPO to know all the new trends on materials and trends available.
