FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections and estimates are always free, we never charge to come look at your roof. Every quote is written and itemized so there are no surprise fees, and if storm damage is involved, we work directly with your insurance carrier and help you understand what your policy covers before you spend a dime. All work is backed by warranties on both materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free inspection, we get on the roof, document everything with photos, and give you an honest answer on whether you need a repair or a full replacement. If insurance is involved, we guide you through the claim from filing to approval. From there you get a written scope and timeline; most residential roofs are completed in one to two days. We finish with a full cleanup, including a magnetic sweep for nails, and a final walkthrough with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manufacturer certifications like GAF or Owens Corning, RCAT license, & OSHA training. Our crews bring decades of combined experience roofing North Texas homes, and we stay current on local building codes, materials, and installation standards.
