David and his crew knocked it out of the park. Most of the bids I received didn’t want to repair my ac unit (just wanted to up charge and sell me a full unit). David gave me 3 options that I could choose from (all at very reasonable prices).

I cannot say enough about Aponte. We chose them as a “second opinion “. The first company we chose came out, and told us we would need a whole new unit at the cost of over $3200. We decided to get a second opinion. Aponte Air came out and checked everything there was to check, and was able to diagnose that we only needed to replace one part and to charge and add Freon. His honesty and professionalism saved us 3k and hours of time not spent waiting for a complete installation of a new system that wasn’t necessary. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Aponte for your honesty, integrity and professionalism. We will definitely be doing business with you again in the future.

I'm a realtor and we needed the HVAC to be looked at as a follow-up to a general home inspection, and it needed to be the same day due to time constraints. David was quick to respond to our request on Thumbtack. He was able to come out to the property the same day and arrived right when he said he would. He did a thorough job inspecting the HVAC, and did a good job of explaining to myself and my buyer clients what the "ideal" readings should be for the AC and heater, and what the units were actually registering. He also did a great job explaining why some of the things that were called out on the inspection report were actually non-issues, and how to remedy items if the buyers wanted to. Another small thing that I appreciated (because the small things matter), was that later that evening he was able to find the operations manual for the digital thermostat online so that my buyers knew how to reset the thermostat once they took possession of the house. David will be my first call whenever I need an HVAC guy in the future.
