MrGoodfriend arrived on time, was set up and ready to go, just as he had promised. He turned our family room into a show space, and everyone was ready for a magic show. He started by getting several kids "on stage" and everyone was amazed and had lots of fun. The real topper came after he left, my daughter said she wanted a magic show for her birthday too. Pretty good since the show was for my son.

I hired Derrel Allen for our company holiday party. We had a preliminary meeting and he was so personable and professional, I knew I had made a good choice. He listened to what we needed for our event and accommodated our needs. His magic was very entertaining, he did close up magic before dinner and then a very entertaining mentalism show that featured our director. I will have a hard time topping that in the future

We had Mr. Goodfriend perform for an event at the Children's Museum in Commerce. Our initial conversation over the phone was very helpful and prompted us to hire him for a magic show. He was professional with the staff and very quick to set up. The children loved his show, full of humor for kids and adults alike. When looking for a party magician, pay attention to the quality and demeanor. Don't just rely on web sites. Ask for references. Verify with available background checks. If your potential doesn't respond promptly, or misses commitments before the event, it might indicate what kind of service you will get after you've paid and booked their performance. Get a contract. Even if it's a simple "You do this, I pay you that.", get it in writing. Any performer worth his salt will have a contract for you.
