Introduction: I believe most trainers have the necessary knowledge to manipulate their bodies through proper nutrition and exercise according to their personal goals. Each and every person carries a unique set off genes handed down by their parents, thereby no one person is exactly the same. This principle often plays a critical role in a trainer's arsenal of workout routines. All fitness trainers follow a personalized and comprehensive workout regimen customized to maximize their time spent working out. The trainer's application of such a principle serves as common knowledge. Unfortunately, not all trainers are created equal, and instead of taking the time in addressing common problems such as improper posture, breathing, overuse injuries, under and overdeveloped musculature, ,skipping fitness assessment and testing, and many other techniques used in constructing the proper workout regimens. I am constantly testing my clients by performing assessments in order to better understand my clients' progress, or regress, in which case I use the results of such tests to both gauge progress or recreate a program if need be. Health and fitness is the closest scientific example we have of a fountain of youth. All the money can't buy the type of health an active person is capable of awarding themself. I can't imagine how someone must feel after losing a great deal of weight and in doing so, reducing their blood pressure to a stable level, or even overcoming Type II Diabetes. Such great accomplishments can't alwaysbecome reality through surgery but to exercise with a clean diet can actually achieve much more. People are capable of amazing things, but enhancing the life of a person, whether it be an athlete or an ordinary person, has no equal.
