We wanted a custom spice rack built beside our refrigerator Before contacting DG custom trims. We had another pro come out twice. Give us an estimate and said we would be contacted by their cabinet maker. This was on November first I was told I would be called by their cabinet maker. After hearing nothing from them, I contacted them on January 2 was told that I would not like this rack, and it would not be in their best interest to build it for me, they should have just walked away from it. I then contacted Jose at DG custom trims as you can see from the pictures. He completed the project in under two weeks at a better price than the first estimate I received and it’s exactly what we thought it would be. I will definitely contact Jose again for some future projects , he was great to deal with, and did exactly what he promised he would do.

I had water damage in my island and the DG team came out for a quote next day. They ended up having to do even more work than was planned and didn’t even ask for more. The work was top notch and looks better than the original build. They even saved some of the custom moulding we had installed. If I ever need any woodworking/cabinetry done again I would use these guys in a heartbeat. The pricing was more than fair and quality exceeded my expectations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can review the description of what the customer is looking for on the Thumbtack app. I travel to the project location and measure the area for the installation of cabinets. Able to provide the quote and cost of project.
