FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an idea of what the customer is looking for in the project and what's needed to be done. I own all Microsoft products including Adobe Acrobat and can do pretty much anything Excel related. I can take PDFs and convert into data for Excel for Tax season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve collaborated with businesses to develop detailed fiscal year reports, day-to-day operational dashboards, and performance summaries that help leadership understand quarterly targets and long-term goals. I’ve also begun working closely with local accountants to create general ledgers and prepare financial data for tax-season reporting. I was personally trained by a senior project manager with over 25 years of experience, who taught me how to leverage information, trend analysis, and Excel to uncover insights and identify areas for improvement. Microsoft Excel allows me to clearly visualize trends and provide data-driven recommendations that strengthen business decision-making.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my career in a warehouse environment working closely with customer service, resolving issues and ensuring accurate communication with clients. From there, I transitioned into supporting operational leadership and was entrusted with managing KPI reports, quarterly metrics, and daily data-entry responsibilities. Over time, I led meetings with executives, presenting trend analyses, performance insights, and areas for improvement to help guide operational targets. Those two years of hands-on reporting and analysis became the foundation of my career, and since then, I’ve remained fully dedicated to data—collecting it, understanding it, and using it to help businesses make smarter decisions.
