David, is a true professional. He communicated with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted from set up, to information. He shared with me through task, personal text, email and zoom where he shared his work with me and I was able to see how fast (so fast) he was, while still being efficient in the work he was preparing for me. He was very easy to work with and very patient with me as I know only the basics of excel sheets, exporting information and sorting. I will continue to use him as he was thorough in his work, quickly completing my projects as well as professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. So great to have a young man with his level of experience on here. He is by far my favorite and I give him all 10’s.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by a set rate per hour. After the project is ready I will present in a Zoom call all the work that was completed and how many hours it took. Once payment is received, I send a copy of the file over via email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself to the new customer and see availability for a phone call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the logistics/data field for 6 years. Learned from the ground up on what business needs to run a profitable operation. Identifying trends and MTM statuses.
