- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the amount of work and difficulty of the job. My hourly rate doesn't change, just the amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an idea of what the customer is looking for in the project and what's needed to be done. I own all Microsoft products including Adobe Acrobat and can do pretty much anything Excel related.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with companies develop fiscal year reports for day-to-day operations and what customers are looking for in terms of quarterly targets and yearly targets. I've recently started to work with accountants in my area to developed general ledgers for tax reporting season. I was personally trained by my mentor as well; he was a senior project manager with over 25 years and taught me the power of information and reporting and trends.
