- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a free consultation to understand your business needs, project goals, and the data sources available. During this discussion, I identify the key metrics, reporting requirements, and desired outcomes to ensure the final deliverable aligns with your objectives. Once the scope is defined, I review and organize the data, perform any necessary data cleanup or validation, and develop a project plan with estimated timelines and milestones. Depending on the project, I then create custom dashboards, reports, forecasting models, KPI scorecards, data entry workflows, or analytical summaries. Throughout the project, I provide progress updates and welcome client feedback to ensure expectations are met. Before delivery, I perform a final quality review to verify accuracy, functionality, and data integrity. I then provide the completed files along with any necessary documentation or instructions so clients can confidently use and maintain their reports going forward. My goal is to deliver accurate, actionable insights and reporting solutions that help clients save time, improve decision-making, and better understand their business performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands-on professional experience in data analysis, reporting, operations, and business intelligence across logistics, compliance, healthcare, manufacturing, and service-based industries. My training comes primarily from real-world application in roles where I was responsible for KPI reporting, data management, operational analysis, and executive-level reporting. I have worked extensively with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, dashboard creation, and automated reporting tools. Throughout my career, I have also gained practical experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Client Track, ADP Payroll, Oracle-based systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS), which has strengthened my ability to manage and analyze complex datasets. While my expertise is primarily experience-based, I continuously develop my skills in advanced Excel functions, data visualization, and business analytics to stay current with industry standards and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. This combination of applied experience and technical skill development allows me to deliver practical, business-focused data solutions that support decision-making and operational improvement.
