CSR Fireplaces have very helpful and friendly staff. We used their services for repairing our older fireplaces and they did a great job. We are currently looking to purchase new units, and the staff was very helpful in the selection process..

They are so good that they regularly host training sessions for other fireplace techs in the area to ensure everyone has a high-level of knowledge in the field they love!

I had a fantastic experience with this company. They came out to inspect our existing fireplace and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Rather than trying to upsell us on something unnecessary, they were completely honest and reassured us that our current setup was in great condition. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Ill absolutely be using them again and will be recommending them to all my friends!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service calls are based on location because of drive time. Our fees are the service fee, covers diagnostics and repairs. The only additional fees are for any applicable parts or roof work that may need to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NFI Certified, National Fireplace Institute. Our owner holds a Master Hearth Professional Certificate from NFI and a F.I.R.E. Certificate. The only individual in the entire state of Texas to hold both certificates in the fireplace industry.
