Hired Kevin a couple of times, and found him on Thumbtack. He's a top professional. Kind, knowledgeable, solid communicator. What he didn't know, he said so and would get back to me with a correct answer. When his guys needed an extra day to do the job correctly, he communicated that as soon as possible w/ no b.s. excuses. When I told him what I needed, and what 'I thought' was the best way, he initially agreed - then after looking at the scope of the project, he needed to tweak it, to make it work best for what I needed. EXCELLENT. Will be hiring him again for a number other projects on a very large apartment complex that I'm currently the asset mgr. Thank you Kevin; and, thank you Thumbtack.

I hired Kevin & MH Investments to remove a pool at my house in Fort Worth. He & his team did a very good job. What most impressed me though was Kevin's integrity & the consideration he has for his clients. Let's be honest, most business owners care about money first & foremost. We, as clients, are simply an item on a To Do List. Sure, they may do a great job, but when there's an issue, their true colors come out. They pass the buck, blame shift, drag their feet, bail, etc. IMO, the measure of a company isn't whether they're perfect, it's whether they stand behind their work when there's an issue (major, minor or otherwise). Kevin & his crew did a very good job removing the pool, having a sprinkler system installed, and laying down sod. But, the dirt level didn't get to where I'd asked it to be. Rather than making excuses or bailing, Kevin brought his guys back out, pulled up all the sod, and had the dirt level lowered 2" across the entire backyard. And this was after he had equipment that was broken during the demo of the pool. So, he'd already lost money on the project. I just can't say enough things about the caliber of man he is. If you're wanting perfection.........go to Heaven. But if you're wanting someone you can trust, who does excellent work & cares about you more than his profit, Kevin is your man & MH Investments is your company. I'd hire them to do just about anything after this experience, b/c there is no substitute for working with people who truly want to get everything right.....not close, not good enough, but RIGHT.

Since most of the services we provide involve unique situations with each project, we provide a free quote after meeting with the homeowner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each customer personally to insure we understand their needs and the scope of their project. A firm bid will then be provided and a timeline set up for project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone of our team members have years of experience in their chosen profession. We provide quality work on each project.
