Rosie was excellent during the estimating process. She responded to my request quickly and was on time for the initial review meeting. She explained all the work to be done and wrote a thorough estimate. On the day work was to be performed, Margarito arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The work was excellent quality. 10/10 would recommend Lifeway Construction again!

Lifeway Construction did a masterful job in painting my house and replacing damaged siding. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They are going to come back this year to repair damage done by squirrels using Hardy boards to close holes and then paint .Their painting always matches perfectly. I recommend them highly.

I was so pleased with the quality of work by Lifeway Construction. They helped me with decision on the paint and replaced a window box which had rotted wood so they replaced with better products. Also some other wood trim squirrels were trying to eat, replaced with better materials. On top of all that they came back after some baby birds left the nest since that part needed to be painted as well!

We have used Lifeway before and were so pleased with the experience that we knew we wanted to use them again the next time we needed something done at our house. We had, for a second time, squirrels tear into the siding of our house, creating a big hole in the outside wall. We also had peeling wallpaper in our main bathroom which needed to be peeled, textured and painted.
Rosie was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. She and Marguerito came out reasonably quickly to look over the project and give me a quote. Their pricing was incredibly fair for the scope of work and we knew it would be top quality, so we moved forward with scheduling, which was a breeze.
The day construction started, the team showed up for work exactly on time and immediately got to it. They worked hard through the several days of work to replace siding and rotting trim boards outside, seal up all the new boards and trim, and paint to match our house colors.
Similarly, they worked inside to remove the wallpaper, texture, and paint. In our bathroom, they covered and sealed everything in the room, in order to minimize mess. They were so careful with our home and our belongings, to make sure they protected everything as much as possible from any damage or mess. Then the texture work they did was so incredible and so well done, we had half a mind to tell them not to paint it! We did have a bit of a snafu with the paint color, but we talked through how to fix it for minimal cost to everyone, and figured out a solution.
We are so happy with all their work done, the communication we had with Rosie throughout the process, and the family-owned and run business that Lifeway maintains. Even when there's a mistake or misunderstanding, they work hard to make it right. They truly believe quality is important and that a job is well done, not just rushed through to get the biggest payout. We will, for sure, be using them for any of our wall/ceiling needs in the future.
