Ken was very professional from the start. He answered all of my questions as we went through the house and was very honest about his findings. He was very good about putting his findings in perspective such as this is a finding but is nothing to worry about and this is something to worry about and should really be corrected. He took his time through the whole inspection I never felt as if he were trying to rush to finish the inspection or that he may have missed something because of the pace he was going at. He was exactly on time for our set appointment time. He also had his results written up in the formal report and emailed back to me within 3 hours of finishing the inspection at the house. He was much better than past inspectors I have had and I highly recommend him.

Ken Watson was very professional. He was very accommodating in setting up an appointment, allowed us to follow along, and explained things in a way that was helpful to us as first time homeowners. He was extremely thorough and caught several things that helped us in negotiating a better price for our home. He got a copy of our report immediately, without leaving out any details.
