Amy and Geoff have been a dream to work with. We have had our pool for over 4 years with zero issues. They were great from design to finish product. They both have been fantastic in educating us in pool care and service. We are SO happy we found Big Diamond Pools to build our pool. From the first meeting they were focused on building the pool we dreamed about for years. They took time to listen to our vision and our need to stay on budget. Geoff and Amy are on site most days and always kept us in the loop about subs that would be on site. Definitely made the right choice by calling them to give us a bid.

I would highly recommend Big Diamond pools. They build beautiful pools and work with you on your budget. You are working directly with the owners, they are always a call or a text away. Geoff was there through out the whole project making sure everything ran smooth. Amy was very helpful with any questions I had, she even met us at the tile and coping store to guide us.

Who loves their pool contractors?!! We do!When we first interviewed Geoff and Amy we had the sense that these two individuals (who are Big Diamond Pools) were straight up honest and possessed integrity that could we could rely on. Our initial impression (as we had never built a pool before) was that we felt confident we could allow them to efficiently guide us through the process.Our initial gut feeling about trusting them was spot on and borne out throughout the process of building our pool.They built the strongest pool possible. Far stronger than the competition in that they dug and set pilings to prevent the pool from ever moving when no one else did. They set more steel rebar in the beam and pool wall. They used top of the line Hayward equipment and more.There were changes that we thought of along the way that they incorporated and accommodated without any fuss and sometimes at no extra charge. They did not nickel and dime us at all throughout the process. They were always available via phone or text to answer any questions that we had. They ended up being exactly what we were looking for in an honest, trustworthy pool contractor.They did all of this for $43,000 less than the nearest competitor.When you meet with Geoff and Amy to talk about building your pool it is Geoff and Amy who are actually onsite building your pool not someone else that youve never met.They were an absolute pleasure to work with every step along the way and I would highly recommend that you use them to build your pool.
