Introduction: As an exercise physiologist (B.S.,Texas Lutheran University) I use more of a holistic approach. Workouts change daily and are customized to your every need. As a former College athlete I also have experience in sport specific training. In home, in business, in gym and group fitness available to all ages. The most exciting aspect of my job is helping people reach their goals whether it be to lose a little weight, gain mobility for everyday functions or making the varsity squad next year.

Great workouts! Always something different and never gets boring. He also pushes you to keep going and doesn't let you give up. Highly recommend Ian!

Compton fitness started training just myself about 2 years ago at my office gym. After great results, my executives and co-workers started asking what I was doing. We now have around 16 employees training with Compton Monday-Thursday. What I love the most is we never know what to expect each day. He changes it up every single week. His knowledge and creativity in the gym is incredible. Just wish he would let me know when leg day is so I can skip! For real though, it’s been great for all the people that join me in my corporate gym. Thanks Ian.

Ian has been my trainer for 8 years and he does a wonderful job. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to!! I would highly recommend Compton Fitness :)
