I have used NT Home Remodeling for multiple projects at my home and rental properties. They have done a great job for kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting and major home rehabs. Great attention to detail, making sure that the job is well done. The crew does their best to stay on schedule and complete the project in time. I would definitely use their services again.

Grant and his crew were great to work with. They did a great job, they were easy to communicate with, understanding exactly what I wanted done and even improving on it. It seemed their wasn't anything they couldn't do. I hired them to totally remodel 2 bathrooms and added on fixing a slab leak, replacing siding after a storm, fixing some issues with my existing hot water tank, and several electrical items. They did it all! Their work was excellent and they were very professional. They also were very competitively priced. I was very pleased with them and their work. Excellent tile work, framing, sheetrock, plumbing, electrical and painting and more. I will definitely use them again.

Last long construction completed a bathroom remodel for me last month and I would just like to say that everything from the shower to the flooring and cabinetry was spot on and also I felt Grant really took time to understand my expectations and didn't have any issues explaining the steps to me along the way, they were clean and got the job done the right way the first time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonably priced company, that offers discounts based on the volume of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to give an in person estimate to all new customers. Then we send back a itemize estimate for the work. This let customers see where the how the budget will be spent. At this point, we schedule a time to start and complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We over 30 years of experience in the construction/remodeling business.
