Very good service and reasonable pricing, much better than the large AC companies try to charge for a ductcleaning. He was also very honest about what we really needed and did not try to oversell anything that was unnecessary. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a duct and Ventcleaning.

Robbin and Bobby were very knowledgable and solved our duct problems. They relocated a duct, tied off one duct for us and gave us advice on other problem areas with our ducts which we will let them handle in the near future. They were fair in pricing, kind and considerate. I would highly recommend them.

Robbin was fantastic, friendly, and honest. We went through all the ducts in my house and as it turns out most were really clean so he recommended not cleaning them to save me money. He did have to clean the return vent and my dryer vent both of which he did an excellent job at. I highly recommend him for any ductcleaning you may need.

i found to be sincere and reliable and thorough when he did ventcleaning for my home.
We learnt about Robin from Thumbtack. He came to our home on Tuesday and inspected the vents. he then quoted 800$ for 21 vent and plenum cleaning and mentioned he would come back on Friday with helpers and his machine and that the job would take 6-7 hours. On Friday, he came on time and did the job in the mentioned time and took the price as quoted. He even helped investigate what caused soot formation near our vents and answered questions i had. he also offered to come back to fix any issues with the vents if i found them later.
overall Robbin was courteous and thorough doing the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With duct cleaning we offer several pricing packages that range from 169.00- 495.00 depending on your needs. (one a/c unit and up to 10 vents w one return)..2 or more units will be higher costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with us on Thumbtack we make an appointment to come by to give an estimate of the project, we agree on the costs and tasks needed and then we set an appointed day to complete your jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
