- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing, but I can also create custom packages. I have an al a carte items as well. My bottom line is I want you to be happy. Wedding Package #1 - $1595 6 hour coverage - unlimited edited images One photographer Online hosting with download capabilities Ability to view and share on my sweetteaphoto.smugmug.com website Wedding Package #2 - 2595 All day cover Two photographers Unlimited edited images Engagement session - or bridal or boudoir - 1 - 16x20 print from either session Two 8 x 10 prints from ceremony One 11 x 14 print from ceremony One 11 x 14 wrapped canvas Ability to view and share on my sweetteaphoto.smugmug.com website with the ability to download your images Slide show of your day set to the music of your first dance Wedding package #3 - 3295.00 All day coverage and your engagement session - 16 x 20 print for your ceremony Bridal Session Two photographers One videographer 16 x 20 wrapped canvas Unlimited edited images Ability to view and share on my website as well as the capability to download your images from my website Two 6 x 7 prints Two 8 x 10 prints One 11 x 14 print One 16 x 20 print I also have connections with various videographers that I can include if you choose. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers to learn about them and what it is they are specifically looking for. I like to learn the things about them that I will be able to bring out in their session. Gathering information on my clients gives great insight into what they are looking for and what I'll give to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Research. Lots of research and sharing techniques with other photographers. It's a wonderful, creative industry! An industry that brings the client and the photographer together. I'm really amazed at the photography community and how learning from each other is a standard.
