While the four rooms that were cleaned well, they left trash by the door and didn't finish sweeping up by the half bath. For cleaning a bedroom, dining room, and one full bath and a half bath, I thought the cost was pretty high.

For context, this project in Allen, Texas was not a standard house cleaning. It was a reduced-scope cleanup in a heavily cluttered, high-soil environment with conditions that required substantially more labor and care than a typical cleaning visit. The agreed scope was limited to specific rooms rather than the full home.
That said, we do acknowledge the two items you mentioned — the trash left by the door and the area near the half bath that should have been fully swept before we left. Those details should have been caught during our final walkthrough, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
Our pricing reflected the condition of the space, the labor involved, professional equipment and supplies, and the urgency of the project. We always want the final result to match the value of the service, and we’ll use your feedback to strengthen our final inspection process going forward.
