FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer, I focus on creating a seamless and positive experience: Initial Consultation: I start with a free discovery call or message exchange to understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges. This helps me tailor my approach to your situation. Assessment & Proposal: After gathering information, I provide a clear outline of the services I can offer, the estimated time required, and a transparent rate. For organizing services, I may also request photos of the space to better understand the scope. Scheduling & Agreement: Once we align on the project details, we schedule a start date and agree on expectations. I provide a simple agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and payment terms to ensure clarity. Execution: On the scheduled day, I arrive prepared (or begin remote work) and follow a structured, step-by-step process to achieve the desired results efficiently. I maintain open communication throughout to keep you informed and comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a solid background in administrative support, business management, digital organization, and customer service, which directly contributes to my effectiveness in both home and business organizing. I’ve completed a variety of professional development courses and on-the-job training in areas such as QuickBooks, CRM systems (including Zoho), and digital tools like Canva and Microsoft Office. Additionally, I’ve honed my organizing skills through hands-on experience, managing complex personal and business spaces, streamlining workflows, and helping clients implement systems that last. While I’m not formally certified as an organizer, my practical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to personalized solutions are what set me apart. I’m also actively pursuing further learning opportunities to stay current with the latest tools and strategies to better serve my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a natural inclination for organization, efficiency, and helping others bring order to chaos. What started as organizing my own spaces and assisting friends and family eventually evolved into offering services professionally. I realized how much I enjoy the process of decluttering, creating systems, and supporting businesses behind the scenes, and I found I could make a real difference in both homes and offices. As I began to take on more projects—whether helping a client reclaim their pantry or streamlining digital files for a small business—I honed my skills, developed processes, and grew my understanding of what it takes to create lasting, functional solutions. Over time, I expanded my services to include both home and business organization, virtual assistance, and digital support, driven by a passion to help others feel more at peace in their environments.
