Thank you for the review. Its disappointing to read that you were not satisified with the craftmanship of the lead photographer. I spoke with Ryan in detail upon seeing your review. He indicated the party was originally to be outdoors, near the pool area, but wasn't possible due to the unpredictable Texas weather. There were approximately 40 people within the living area of the home which made it more challenging. Despite that, he did mingle amongst the guests and secured some great candid shots of guests. It may have appeared to you that you had to "search" for him but the point was for him to be unseen in order to capture all the moments of your daughter's party. Our apologies if that was not what you expected. In this type of environment, you will inevitably have some photos that may not appear "professional" as they are candid shots, capturing the moment. And, I know he noted that to you when sending you the photos. Not exactly sure what your expectation was for food photography but the entire spread was captured beautifully. There were no problems with his camera; he was taking the time to switch lenses and batteries to keep the shots coming. Perhaps the next time you hire a photographer, be clearer in what your expectations are for the composition of the photos, allow early entry to secure the ideal shots of food, deco, etc. I'm certain this would have resulted in photos that were more in line with your expectations.
