Our tech, Trent, was great. He was hired by my landlord, and reached out directly to let us know what time he was coming by. He arrived on time and had the repair completed within an hour. Before him, we had 3 other companies send over techs stating that the leak was coming from inside the attic, Trent was the only one that inspected the roof and found the actual leak from an old exhaust vent. I would definitely hire him again.
