Hired Trent to inspect the roof and replace a suspected missing shingle. Trent arrived in time. After inspecting the roof, he informed me that no shingle was missing but certain spots of the roof needed maintenance, showing a few relevant pictures he took. I gladly asked him to perform the recommended maintenance work, at a mutually agreed price.

Trent was responsive (same day) and practical in his approach including explaining his initial approach and the next approach should we continue having similar issues (roof leak during rain). We’re hiring him on a seperate job based on this experience!

Our tech, Trent, was great. He was hired by my landlord, and reached out directly to let us know what time he was coming by. He arrived on time and had the repair completed within an hour. Before him, we had 3 other companies send over techs stating that the leak was coming from inside the attic, Trent was the only one that inspected the roof and found the actual leak from an old exhaust vent.

I would definitely hire him again.
