Roger went way beyond his job. In assembling furniture when the screws didn’t fit, he went out and bought screws that worked. He continued his work even though It took a long time. Furniture was well assembled.

Both TVs will have to be redone after being hung. Both crooked, one mount was 10 inches off center, irremovable finger prints on brand new tv, one is nearly falling off. Required constant managing and still had this outcome.
