Preston was very communicative and helpful and explained to me exactly what was going on with our plumbing. Before he was even done, I understood what the problem was how he was going to fix it and how to prevent it happening in the future. I am so grateful that he was able to come to our house on such short notice. He was very punctual and showed up exactly when we had scheduled.
