It was our first time hiring someone to clean for us. Marianna was very sweet & did everything I asked. Her prices were very reasonable & she was a joy to be around! We're considering hiring her weekly!

The cleaning was good, although not necessarily great--a few places here and there where it looked like she wasn't as thorough as she could have been (for example, around/under the TV, some corners in the kitchen and bathroom, just off of the top of my head, but nothing major).
Marinna was able to show up early (before 8am) before I left for work, which was fairly important for me. Also, she was quite responsive by text leading up to the day of the cleaning, but completely unresponsive to follow-up texts during and after the cleaning, which I found somewhat odd.
Overall, I'd probably hire her again, although I might try out another cleaner first just to see how someone else in the area compares.

Iiya, I'm very sorry or not being thorough. As I have personally messaged you after reading your review, I would like to express how sorry I am again. While cleaning your home, I dropped my phone in your toilet and became very frustrated with myself. It was very unprofessional of me not to return your messages. it wasn't intentional. And once again, I apolagize for this. Thank you for the over-all "good" review.

I hired Marinna to do the house cleaning for my aging mother, who needs help. We agreed on a reasonable price. But immediately after agreeing to do it, Marinna became unresponsive to me and my mother to schedule a time when should could come out. After several attempts to contact her, she said that she had lost her phone. We finally got a date when she could come. The morning she was scheduled to come clean she called and said that she was sick. So we rescheduled her to come out a second time. She never showed up, even though my mother waited more than 45 minutes past the time she was to come. She never called to explain why she didn't come and did not respond to repeated calls. This is irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. It was also incredibly inconsiderate to an older person who depends on assistance. There are a lot of cleaning services and professionals in CC and we will be hiring one of them.
