I got a very good service from plumbing paramedics when they replaced my sump pump in the backyard. However this job was botched up. The tech broke the drain when he was trying to replace the head. Now I am looking at a $$$ Dry wall repair all because of their negligence.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were extremely professional, showed up on time, and communicated clearly and quickly throughout the entire process.Michael, the plumber who came, did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.We will definitely be calling them again for future work!

Michael was at our house early the next morning after contacting the company the evening before. He was so polite and immediately put us at ease with having a stranger in our home- let alone one who would be cutting into the wall to replace the water line valve behind our fridge. He informed me of each step along the way and it went exactly as he said. We were even able to continue with our morning plans that I originally assumed we would have to cancel since we had this appointment, but he worked in a timely manner that it was a pleasant surprise. He was so friendly and joyful too, something that is appreciated when you are taking care of an unplanned expense/issue. I am so grateful I was recommended this company and that Michael was our technician because I now know I have someone I can contact and trust with any other issues we might have in our home. I highly recommend! Very competitive prices compared to the other quotes we got.

This company is a gem. If I could give 10 stars I would. Michael and Derek worked hard putting in 5 new faucets and did an excellent job. Price quotation for job was excellent too. Highly recommend this plumbing service.

I can't say enough great things about Plumbing Paramedics! I called in needing my shop sink replaced at my place in Argyle, TX and Kailene on the phone was incredibly helpful she got everything scheduled for a same-day appointment at a great price. Derek and Michael came out in the big green van and did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and clearly know their stuff. The whole experience from the first phone call to the finished work was seamless. I've officially found my new plumber!
