Had a great experience with Goat Air! Malichi came out and quickly diagnosed the problem a bad thermostat and a bad board on the outside unit. He got everything replaced and had us up and running again fast. Super efficient, friendly, and professional service. The repair cost around $300$400, which was a great price for the quality of work. Highly recommend!

Malichi did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC system! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Our system is running better than ever the airflow and temperature are perfect now. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Its rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. Well definitely be requesting Malichi for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

When my system went out at the end of summer, I knew I needed to replace it so I got quotes. Goat not only had a great price, but their service was top-notch as well.The installers were very professional, patient and did a great job. The new system works great, Andre Lemioux was super patient and answered all my questions. He took the extra time at the end to commission the system correctly and made sure I had no questions.I will absolutely use & recommend Goat Air in the future.

Andre was probably one of the best technicians that I've ever had. For ANY problem. He was personable and knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He explained what he was doing while he troubleshooted my issue. He didn't over explain. Basically, he was just awesome. I'm so happy I chose this company for my service needs.
