Alex went above and beyond the job requirements, all because she loves it. I felt very safe and comfortable lending her a key so she could go to my place during the week and take my dog out. The requirements were to walk the dog 1x during the day, but since she lived very close by she went ahead and took him out 2x a day as well as taking him the dog park, and pet store all without ever asking for an extra penny.
