- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically offer pricing just shy of the middle pricing tier. We aren’t the most costly, neither are we the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend about an hour inspecting and finding the correct solution for your specific home. Every home has some of the same principles, but built differently. We need to understand that before throwing out a random price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications in Building Science + years of experience in other home performance fields.
