- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fortitude, we provide transparent pricing and we have military discounts, senior citizen discounts, coupons, and we can sometimes do price matching. Our pricing reflects our commitment to premium materials and the extensive preparation work required for a long-lasting finish. We do offer seasonal promotions and discounts for multi-service projects (such as combining interior painting with exterior painting) as well. We believe in ‘just weights’—fair pricing for exceptional, honest work. Always ask what type of deals we have going on!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built on clarity and stewardship. It begins with a professional on-site consultation where we listen to your goals and identify any underlying substrate issues. We provide a detailed, digital proposal—not a ‘guesstimate’—so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Once the project begins, we maintain a clean job site and provide daily updates. We conclude every job with a meticulous ‘Fortitude Quality Inspection’ walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines years of hands-on field experience with specialized training in advanced coating systems. We are experts in fine-finish spray techniques for cabinets and trim, as well as the technical installation of James Hardie siding products. We continuously stay updated on the latest moisture-management systems and premium paint technologies (like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore) to ensure we are providing our clients with the most durable and aesthetically pleasing results possible.
