FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-fee packages based on how many job applications you want support with and how long you would like ongoing service. Pricing is not hourly, so you will know the total cost upfront before we begin. Packages may include resume updates, job search strategy, application tailoring, application tracking, and ongoing support for a set number of applications per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a review of your current resume, work history, and career goals. If you are applying for a specific job, I also review the job announcement so the resume can be tailored to the role. From there, I gather any missing details, organize your experience, and create a clear, professional draft focused on your strengths and accomplishments. Once the draft is complete, you will have the opportunity to review it and request revisions so the final resume feels accurate, polished, and ready to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and an Associate of Paralegal Studies, along with graduate-level coursework in management. My background also includes federal program analysis, federal disability retirement case management, medical documentation review, and administrative support within the Federal Aviation Administration. This combination of legal, medical, federal, and case management experience gives me a strong foundation for writing detailed, organized, and job-targeted resumes, especially for federal applicants and clients with complex work histories.
