FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of resume support you need and the level of customization involved. I offer clear package pricing for resume reviews, professional resume rewrites, federal resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile updates, with no hidden fees. Federal resumes and highly detailed career-change resumes may cost more because they require deeper review of job announcements, qualifications, and work history. I also offer discounted bundle pricing when clients purchase a resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn update together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a review of your current resume, work history, and career goals. If you are applying for a specific job, I also review the job announcement so the resume can be tailored to the role. From there, I gather any missing details, organize your experience, and create a clear, professional draft focused on your strengths and accomplishments. Once the draft is complete, you will have the opportunity to review it and request revisions so the final resume feels accurate, polished, and ready to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and an Associate of Paralegal Studies, along with graduate-level coursework in management. My background also includes federal program analysis, federal disability retirement case management, medical documentation review, and administrative support within the Federal Aviation Administration. This combination of legal, medical, federal, and case management experience gives me a strong foundation for writing detailed, organized, and job-targeted resumes, especially for federal applicants and clients with complex work histories.
