FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rates, quoted before I start. A mid-career resume is $450, senior-level is $550, and a matching cover letter is $150. No hourly billing and no surprises — if the scope changes, I tell you before I do the work, not after. Everything is done remotely, so there are no travel fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short call so I understand the job you're actually going after, not just the one you have. You send me your current resume, your position description, and the announcement or posting you're targeting. I draft, you review, and we do one round of revisions together. Most resumes are back to you within five business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent my federal career as a program analyst with the FAA, so I've read and written the kind of documentation the government runs on. I hold a Federal Retirement Consultant certification and I'm completing graduate coursework in management. I'm also an Army veteran, which means I've made the military-to-civilian translation myself.
