Personal training sessions: one on one, indoor and outdoor boot camp instruction, group fitness coaching, small group 3-4 people, bridal boot camp, nutritional consultation, 30 day cleanse and fat burning systems, personal and group grocery shopping tours. Weight loss and weight management, wellness education, nutritional and lifestyle coaching.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Are they certified? Are they Experienced? Do they have references that can be verified? Are they insured? Interview several trainers and select the one you are comfortable with. I motivate, encourage and inpire my clients to work at their full ability the entire workout. I am not a "military style boot camp" instructor. It you need that type of motivation, you will not find it here. If you want to see some serious results... I am the trainer for you! I find ways to keep workouts interesting and fun!
