- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a range that is primarily driven by the market and sometimes government guidelines. Bankruptcy is not a one size fits all solution-in-a-box. Until we can thoroughly assess your situation, we try not to lock you or ourselves into a situation where nobody wins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the ball rolling by offering a brief phone visit and follow up by sending a preliminary worksheet where the client can document just what their situation is. Once you've made an appointment, we visit and together we explore looking for the best results possible. We can make recommendations but the client has the final word on how we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty nine years of practice has given our firm the ability to quickly and thoroughly evaluate what your options are. Many of our interviewees are not candidates for a BK filing but avail themselves of alternative debt relief vehicles.
