A couple days ago I noticed my AC was blowing warm air. I hoped that it would eventually just cool down considering it’s warming up here in Texas. After two days I realized it wasn’t getting any cooler. I submitted a request and they had me scheduled and had my AC repaired less than 24 hours later. Frank was very informative and I was nervous to hear the price of everything since I had read some really outrageous prices online. He fixed my problem and didn’t charge an astronomical amount to do it. He showed me what he had replaced and I was very pleased with the whole service. It’s clear that he’s very skilled and that left me feeling very confident that he would assess through problem and get my air conditioning working again. I’ll definitely continue using the Sanchez Brothers for all my HVAC needs.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Hired Sanchez Brothers to replace the evaporator coil for my downstairs unit and they came with the best price among 5 contractors I contacted (less than half of what another contractor quoted). They were very transparent about the brand and even gave me guidance on choosing the right one for my needs. They came next day and installed eveything! The icing on the cake is Sanchez Brothers saved me about $3k by fixing my dying compressor which has nothing to do with the work I initially hired them to do! And he only charged me for the part and did the labor for free! Thank you so much and very highly recommended!
