I thought that Phil did a great job. He engraved a wedding guest book for me. He was fast and made it convenient for me and the Guest book looks wonderful. I would recommend him.

They did an amazing job with the knives I brought them. They had jobs ahead of mine but squeezed me in so I wouldn't have to make two trips out to them. You can tell customer service is at the top of their list but I'm definitely satisfied with the knives!!

The bottles, actual engraving turned out fine. However, I wrote down a quote from a movie with a unorthodox character name...and spelling. The engraver changed the spelling of the name without calling me to confirm.

Started out really well. Came to the rescue when my normal engraver went on vacation. Good price and good work just missed the deadline. Was told a couple of employees were sick or out but I did get a partial order out in time. I will use them again but will adjust my client's expectations.
