I feel Heather really does KNOW makeup. She did a bronzed look on me and I absolutely loved it. Talking with her she has a bunch of knowledge about the products she uses from doing her own research, using them herself, and her background as a chemist really gives her something special. Heather has a genuine love for makeup (just take a peek at her collection. It's sure to impress anyone) and you can see her commitment to it. I highly suggest her to anyone who is looking for a makeup artist who loves and knows makeup like Heather.
