- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For residential customers: I’ll start by asking a few questions about the home or location where you’re looking for internet service. Based on that information, I’ll evaluate the available options and recommend the best provider, speed, and Wi-Fi setup to support your needs—without overpaying for services you don’t need. For business customers: I’ll gather information about your business, locations, and how your network is used. The more detail you can provide, the more accurately I can design and recommend the right solution. This includes advising on what services you do need—and what you don’t—such as provider selection, bandwidth, access points, firewall requirements, SD-WAN, handoff type, modem/router/ONT, DIA, VoIP, and IPTV.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8+ years in the telecommunications industry, from being a Fiber Technician Manager, Network Engineer to a Solutions Engineer. I am Network+ certified, and have extensive network training.
