Where do I begin?! Ms. Dee was such a pleasure to work with. We needed to file taxes for 2023 and 2024 and she expeditiously completed them. She was very communicative and patient throughout the process. We will certainly continue to use her services, she was absolutely amazing!

Dee is amazing! All I can say is “well done”. :) She was quick, efficient, and professional. She is highly skilled and has lots of knowledge about getting taxes done. She made the entire process stress-free and was always available to answer my questions via email or phone. This was my first time filling as a business owner and she made sure all all my T’S were crossed and I’s were dotted. She made sure I got the most tax breaks and I needed up owing much lesser then expected. Excellent communication!. I will definitely be returning next year.

Fantastic!! I waited until the last minute and was somewhat skeptical of an online process. I gotta say, 2-3 days later and I’m sitting here with my taxes completed and filed and a very reasonable price! AND Daphne is so pleasant and walked me thru my taxes. I understand them better than I have in the past. I’m very grateful to Daphne and for such a quick process. All my anxiety is now gone! 🙏🏼

Bookkeeping = Here to meet whatever needs and can come in and take care of daily business transactions or come in and perform month-end duties. Payroll = Comprehensive payroll package that works for your company and keeps you in compliance with the IRS. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to asking lots of question to gain knowledge of their tax situation in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction on which is my goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Tax Pro over 18 years, PTIN, ETIN, EIN, EFIN approved by IRS. Over 3,000 hours of training and education via IRS. I am required by IRS yearly to complete the following: *** Federal Tax Law Update *** Federal Tax *** Ethics *** Annual Federal Tax Refresher
