Angela translated a music review that I received from a Greek Jazz Magazine from Greek into English . She completed the job within my time restrains and was easy to work with. Her communication skills are good and the translation was done well.

When I hired Angela first time, she did the translation fairly well. So few weeks later I decided to hire her again for another translation job. It was a big mistake.
I don't exaggerate a bit calling my last experience with Angela disappointing, stressful and frustrating.
I had it all, you name it.
She didn't comply with deadline, sent me translation full of all kinds of mistakes and harrassed me with demands of payment.
To hire Angela? Never again!

I'm sorry that you feel the way you do about my work. I will always do my best, and I apologize about the deadline - that was an honest miscommunication and I tried to get the work to you ASAP. I still send you the form and you are able to use it in the future. I would never harass a customer for payment- I asked you one time, and I was understanding to the situation and did not ask you about it further. Again, I apologize for the miscommunications and wish you the best.
