I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining well. Found Discreet Plumbing on NextDoor. This was on a Saturday, and Javier got back to me within an hour. I offer military, senior and first responder discounts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 11 years. I also hold an RMP license with the Texas State Board of Plumbing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Timeline the project needs to completed in and a budget for the project. A lot of my customer also have new builds that are within warranty and should consider that option first.
