I’m looking for contractors serious enough to look at my projects And give me estimates. They wanted to know about the tiles I was furnishing for them to install but said nothing about my plan for the project! Not on here to fool with those who have preset estimates and don’t know nor want to know “anything about” what they’re pre-estimating their work towards what I need done - how’s is that possible? Imagine - I simply want a 19.4 sq ft area tiled and that’s a $500+/- estimate without telling me anything about the project details? Wanting to see the tiles but not wanting to quote me based on what I want done - is a red flag out the gate. 🚩

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on what the customer is looking for. we work with high-quality products. if the customer wants a full flakes garage or partial flakes garage the price varies, also if there are any cracks on the floor and if they want to do the baseboard the price might vary as well. We also work with the customers' budget and we offer discounts at certain times of the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can go to the customer's house and measure the space and see what the customer wants. or they can also send us a video of the space and the measurement of the garage. then we will provide a quote and set a date to start working on the floor. each floor takes between 2 to 3 days to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have about 2 years of experience with floors coating and we have taken several trainings to improve our results and make our customers happy.
