Gerald was incredibly helpful from the start. When I explained the issue with the sensors, he was willing to troubleshoot over the phone at no charge and patiently walked me through possible fixes. Although we couldn’t resolve it over the call, he promptly scheduled a visit for the next day.
He arrived right on time, thoroughly assessed the situation, and clearly explained all available options — with replacing the sensors as the final solution. Once he swapped the sensors and serviced the door, everything worked like magic.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st we would figure out what issues the customer is having
2nd we would put them on schedule that best suits there availability
3rd we’d arrive to give a full detailed inspection on garage door
4th compile detailed estimate with multiple different options to fit the customers budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing construction since I was a kid and been doing garage doors professionally for almost a decade. Been doing gates as well for about 5 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started professionally doing garage doors when I was 19, I was already doing construction but I wanted to have opportunity to travel across the nation. I worked for a major garage door company for over 5 years that allowed me to travel before I had a kid and a wife. Once i started a family I started working as a contractor independently.
