I would like to acknowledge that they spent couple of days at my place to fix holiday lights that I bought from Govee. They didn't know how to install , cut connectors and hard wire causing the the control box and lights damaged and they so not turn on at all It looks like they were learning on my home how not to install lights. Half the lights are installed and working but 2nd half of the lights are broken because of their mistake and now I do not get any response to my emails or texts.

Details: Installation only • Front yard • Back yard • No, I will provide the lights myself • 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft • Residential

We warranty every install we will replace one section of lights that was cut or malfunctioning and run the other power box to the section towards the back as we discussed. This will take place after Christmas when the new lights come (Govee lights are sold out right now)in we will schedule the you as soon as the delivery comes. Mr. Hainath we apologize about your experience and you are under warranty but we did light the front of the house up.. See you after Christmas!!
